To keep all clients and our team safe in the salon We have introduced a covid policy after reading the official guidance from government - this will be strictly adhered to.
A face covering will be required for you to visit the salon. We have masks to provide at a small charge if you arrive without one.
No drinks or magazines(sorry)
Toilet only in emergencies or medical reason.
Please ensure you use your own toilet before visiting us especially if a longer appointment.
Please arrive to your appointment alone, only the person booked in will be allowed in. If a childs appointment, one adult can accompany but please stand 2 meters away.
No beauty appointments until further notice from government.
Dry cuts- we are not cutting hair that hasn’t been freshly washed either at home just before your appointment-or washed in the salon.
We are unable at present to blow dry below shoulder length hair, this is to minimise the amount of time clients are in the salon, especially after a long colour service. This is down to our discretion and may be possible on days that are not so busy.
No walking into the salon to book, we are encouraging booking online via our website or Facebook page. Please phone if no internet access or difficulties.
Our door will be open (weather permitting)with a poster board to stop people walking in and with our covid policy clearly displayed.
Only arrive at your appointment time no waiting area will be provided, when your stylist is ready/area sanitised and previous client has left you will be invited in.
Hand sanitiser/hand wash/paper towels will be available as soon as you walk through the door, please place towel straight into the bin provided. Ideally wash hands before arriving at the salon as-well.
If you have experienced any covid symptoms or been near someone that has, or received a call from track&trace DO NOT enter the salon.
All our staff have the appropriate ppe including a visor.
All work stations, tools and contact areas are sanitised after each use. Disposable gowns will be used where possible/each gown washed after each use. We only use a towel once anyway which is placed straight into Washing machine not a laundry bin, we do also have disposable eco towels to.
Cash may be used but correct amount must be given . We only have limited change.
Loyalty cards wont be stamped but added at a later date to limit contact.
Price-lists are currently not available but all prices are clearly displayed online.
Most of all we are looking forward to welcoming you back to the salon for a catch up and sorting those roots out.
